So, last Thursday was gun sale day. I had 2 fellows come to the Taber indoor range and both gave me a deposit on Shadow 2s. Then i had another fellow text me about a new DVC and that order has firmed up as well. You have to love weeks like that.

well i have to admit it production optics cuaght my fancy so i have gone out and built a new PO gun.

Well just finished another Black Badge course in Taber this past weekend.  I had 6 students for the course and it went really well.  A very good bunch of guys and i am looking forward to shooting with them in the future.  

It has been awhile since I have posted here and I have been busy over the last couple of weeks.  It started off the middle of last week where I had a mid-week Black Badge course for three fireman.  The course went well and I even had a couple of people make it out for the mini match, Thanks Richard and Ray.

Well on my way to the Desert Classic, area 2 match.  The border was a piece of cake.  He looked at my passport, form 6 and match invitation letter, handed them back to me and told me to have a nice day.

I made good time.  I  had supper in Idaho Falls at Famous Dave’s Barbeque.  I had the burnt rib tips.  Mmmmmmmmmmm.  Decided to keep driving as 6:30 seemed too early to quite for the day.  Made it through Salt Lake City and stayed at the Sleep Inn in Jordan.  Hopefully far enough south so I don’t have to fight morning SLC traffic.

Well we had a table again this year at the Lethbridge Gun show and it was a highly successful gun show.  It started off a little slow without the mad rush at 9 am but by noon the place was hopping.  This year it seemed people were buying guns (thanks Justin.)  I sold a total of 5 hand guns and 2 rifles.  The other I sold a lot of was 9 mm ammunition.  I came home with a total of 600 rounds of 9 mm.  Well the 40 and 45 was selling it wasn’t the same as the 9 mm.
